No, I don't think this plan will work on most Americans. Especially when we all see how violent cities are becoming again and the police are being hamstrung in carrying out their duties effectively. They'd also have to get Hollywood to stop showing the positive uses of guns in TV shows and movies. You know, like the part where the good guy saves the day because he had, you know, a gun.
