Hey, if we're going to change how law enforcement agencies report data so we know how many people are killed by police, can we add reporting criteria for how many Americans are killed by those here illegally? How about adding a section for teachers arrested for sexually assaulting their students? Getting data for those type of crimes isn't exactly easy but tie in to some highly visible current issues. We do just want the facts right?

I laughed earlier this week when I saw the article about 9% of adults with access to firearms have anger issues. I'm just going to go out on a limb here and say 50% of adults with access to motor vehicles have anger issues. You're more likely to die in a car accident than a firearm. Just saying.

With the way things are going in the Middle East and Eastern Europe, I imagine defense industry stocks will be a good investment for some time to come. I'm a bit concerned about Iraqi arms sales though. They're more likely to end up in someone else's hands.
