Tsarnaev Verdict: Guilty on Count One, Conspiring to Use a Weapon of Mass Destruction, Making Him Eligible for the Death Penalty

I'm hearing this from CBSNews.

Now they say he's guilty of count 2, use of a weapon of mass destruction.

There are 30 counts in all.

The verdict on Count 3, which is missed, but I assume it's more about terrorism and mass destruction, is also Guilty.

These aren't exactly surprising.

This is barely even news. The only real question is whether or not we give this demon in human flesh the needle.

And that's an interesting political question, because our narcissistic, hard leftist president will be sorely tempted to play to his prog base and put aside a death penalty verdict. He wouldn't have to do this -- I imagine no one will be putting Tsarneav to death for at least 5 or 8 years -- but he'll be tempted to do it anyway, because he really Loves Praise from his beloved fellow Marxists.
