Ron Coleman Gets Results

As you probably know, Lawyer to the Stars Ron Coleman and local counsel Bruce Godfrey has been defending me (pro bono, even!) as well as Patterico and Liberty Chick in a lawsuit alleging that I and others took part in a RICO conspiracy and also violated, get this, the KKK Act.

That federal case has now been dismissed, except for a single count against Pat, though several claims were dismissed without prejudice and can be refiled in state court.

Nevertheless, Mr. Coleman and Mr. Godfrey did a great job for us. It is sad and troubling that one count of this Cornucopia of Allegations was kept standing against Patterico, and, as Mr. Coleman says, there is still some work to do.

Alas, I fear with this particular party, there will always be some more legal work to do.
