Here is the full press conference from yesterday. It was a complete train wreck and is worth watching in its entirety.
Some things I should point out. It is clear that a Hillary staffer is picking which reporters get to ask questions. The first one, from a Turkish reporter does seem to be a plant. My guess is that Hillary's camp hoped the rest of the media would take a cue from the Turkish reporter's "If You were a man.." line of questioning. After Andrea Mitchell's(Mrs. Alan Greenspan) softball, it begins to go downhill.
I give the media a lot of crap, deservedly so, but they did a great job at this press conference. A lot of good questions were asked.
I have long believed that Hillary will win the Democratic primary and general election in a landslide. I've been telling anyone who asked, and even those who haven't. Now...I'm not so sure. It's been a little over six years since the 2007-2008 Democratic primary and I had forgotten that Hillary was a terrible candidate. She isn't good at giving speeches, press conferences, town halls, debates, anything unscripted, or connecting with common people or voters. She has no redeeming qualities to the general public aside from being Bill Clinton's wife and a woman. Is that enough for her to win in 2016? I'm not as sure as I was before this press conference.
