Netflix Posts Trailer for Upcoming 13-Episode "Daredevil" Miniseries

Daredevil is played by Charlie Cox, whoever that is, and the Kingpin is played by Vincent D'Onofrio.

In some other news, they've cast Carrie Anne Moss from the Matrix movies in some role in "Jessica Jones," a companion series about a superhero I know nothing about who doesn't even have a proper superhero name. (Okay, now tell me in the comments "Well actually in the comics she had sereral superhero alias including Power Woman and" SHUT UP YOU GEEKS.)

In even more interesting casting news, to me at least, they cast David Tennant (the Tenth Doctor Who) in the role of "The Purple Man," a nasty villain gifted with the power of mind control.

He's cast for Jessica Jones, but who knows, I guess he could show up in any of the other series, too.

Update: From @comradearthur, a guy underwent horrific plastic surgery -- getting part of his nose chapped off -- to resemble his favorite villain, The Red Skull.

He will sit down with Dianne Sawyer to discuss transitioning into The Red Skull.
