16 American cities foreign governments warn their citizens about. Aren't these all liberal bastions of gun free zones and other liberal kumbayah nonsense? I mean, these aren't exactly hotbeds of Tea Partiers and such right?

Where was the press?

If only there was a profession, a profession that claims to stand up for citizens and against the tyranny of government and politicians. That enjoys Constitutional protection in order to carry out its job. Yes, in order to pass health plan, Obama and Democrats kept mum about its downsides, but where was the press, these so-called defenders of citizens and the truth? They swallowed the party line and acted like democratic operatives is what they did. They have just as much blame to take in this debacle as do the politicians. If they reported back then what they are now, and let's be honest, much of what is being said now WAS available back then, Obamacare might not have passed. They chose not to report it or slander those who spoke out against Obamacare.

Obamacare is the Vasa of our times.

I have been trying to think of a good metaphor for the Obamacare debacle. I think I found it in the Vasa.

Vasa was a Swedish warship launched in 1628 — only to sink after sailing less than a mile. It is so apt!

Attractive Accents

So y'all, what accents turns you on? I dig a good Scottish accent but it seems the southern drawl wins the "sexiest" accent according to dating site survey.

In a questionnaire released by the dating website, 36.5 percent of the 2,000 men and women surveyed said those from the South have by far the most attractive accent in the U.S. and Canada.

And winner of the most unattractive twang?

Mid-Atlantic accents, from states such as Pennsylvania and Delaware, are the country's least favorite, garnering only four percent of votes.

New Spy Agency

I give you the M. P. A. A. (spoken with Hans Gruber's voice). Sadly, nearly 99% of what comes out of Hollywood today is utter crap. Maybe if Hollywood would actually make some stuff that was worth the cost of going to the theater, piracy problems would go down. Even the reward for catching someone is pretty low compared to what one can make selling bootleg copies.

Obamacare Escape Plan?

Well hell, if Fauxcahantas pulled this off, we may as well try it too. Escape Obamacare by joining an Indian tribe.

Say, how come all those folks up in arms over the Redskins logo/name have never pitched a fit about Fauxcahantas? Hmmm?
