Journalism School Students Are, If You Can Believe It, Even More In Favor of an Obnoxious Liberal Bias Than the Current Reportorial Corps

@rdbrewer4 had this in the sidebar, noting that the the J-school students all get their information from liberal media outlets. That's not too much of a surprise (they intend to join that particular Guild, so it's natural they'd be Guild-oriented), but they go on to get very excited talking about their non-news news habits -- one guy can barely contain himself in declaring that "Jon Stewart is on fire!!!"

But that's not what I want to underline. What I want to underline is this new crop of Loud and Proud Leftists declaring that they believe it's the media's right and responsibility to embargo stories about conservatives, and/or "call them out" and/or "set the agenda."

The whole thing is worth watching, but you can skip to 2:50 to see them start to rev themselves up about the prospect of calling out conservatives for their "blatant" falsehoods.

"I wouldn't let Them proseltyze," one guy says, referring to Ted Cruz, and then says he wouldn't even cover Ted Cruz.

The next guy totally disagrees with that -- he says you have to cover Ted Cruz, to call him out for his lies.

The next chick just declares that it's the media's job to "set the agenda."

Not a one of them appears to rock more than a 103 IQ. There's not a thoughtful, surprising, or smart answer on a single question.

But these are the people who feel they need to "set the agenda" for you, because you do not have the intellectual means to do so yourselves, and they do.
