Man, if we go forward with a military misadventure into Syria, I think that it would crack the top 10 on this list of worst military decisions in history especially if some of the worse case scenarios develop after the strike. Already, the President is micromanaging the Syrian target list as LBJ did (#2 on the list) in Vietnam.

Lame Excuse

So how long is the President going to run with the "I only hear about things from the media" as it pertains to departments/agencies under his control? At what point is he held responsible? Or anyone in those departments for that matter? Obama learns what the NSA is up to through the press.

An AFP reporter asked Obama to respond to the most recent NSA leaks that officials in Brazil and Mexico were being spied on.

“I said that I would look into the allegations,” Obama said. “I mean, part of the problem here is we get these through the press and then I've got to go back and find out what’s going on with respect to these particular allegations - I don’t subscribe to all these newspapers, although I think the NSA does - now at least.

House Demolition

I figure it is far easier to get away with this in the Detroit area but never underestimate the ability of the government to eff it away. Crews demolish the wrong house in Pontiac because one home owner switched the address numbers with the house next door. In the end, both homes got schwacked.

The Bodyguard

Lady Gaga bodyguard tazed to death after naked cocaine rampage.

So the late Norman Oosterbroek, 43, who was a bodyguard for the likes of Rihanna, Lady Gaga, and Jay-Z, recently broke into a neighbor’s house in Miami. He was naked and started beating up the homeowner, and when the cops arrived and tazed him, he ended up having a fatal heart attack from the combination of drugs and high voltage.
