I know Ace believes he has found the greatest band ever, but that's just because he hasn't heard the goth-rock stylings of New Zealand's best, Lori Watt.
And here she is performing Chill in My Vein live.
In a bold move from third to first person in the YouTube uploader comments section, she explains why she sang off key:
Lori sung Chill in my vein live at Jolly Miller in New Zealand, only thing the annoys me is the sound person did not know how to do the sound correctly, so...that's why I was off pitch. sorry guys, but I did do the best I could under that situation.
Good sound people are indeed hard to come by, but I think she undersells herself. She hit the notes perfectly. It sounded just like in the original. That's what I like in a live act.
One more thing: Lori Watt already has a fan tribute video. Does Steel Panther?
