CAC's Election Projection- November 2011 edition

One year to go.

Thanks again to JohnE, whose new map designs are far clearer than any MSPaintJob I was throwing out there.

I have made projections for both current front-runners, Romney and Cain. I was going to do Perry as well, but to be frank, you guys don't like that much blue. Both have paths to 270, Cain's is albeit far narrower.

Senate projections are being crunched as we speak.

Maps are LARGE, so be ready.

In case any of you were curious, Gingrich runs about 4 points worse than Cain, and Perry 3 worse than Gingrich. The data I used to make these preceded Cain's scandal, and the mess of his reaction to it makes me feel my projection may already be dated.

States to watch carefully in the next month: Colorado (overdue for polling), Minnesota, Oregon, Maine, Ohio and Iowa.
