How The Media Reported Reagan's Recession vs. How They Report Obama's

And don't even bring up Bush's! They attacked Bush daily for having a high unemployment rate of 5.5-6%, always citing the "discouraged workers" which would bring the real number up to something like 10%.

Well, Obama's unemployment rate is 10% (give or take) and his real number, with discouraged workers and the under-employed, is 18-19%, so of course we don't hear about this latter metric anymore.

Behold. Reagan's recession was "wicked" but Obama's is filled with lots of "good news" (and they say so again and again).
