Its a hard lesson for some on the left to learn that actions can have real world consequences. While I doubt this young man will get slammed with 20 years, two or three would not be out of the question. Clearly, he has to be given something substantial as a deterrent to those on the right who might attempt the same sort of thing against a Democrat candidate in the future.
