Racist neo-Nazi teabagger jury find Palin e-mail hacker guilty on two counts

A federal jury in Knoxville last week convicted David Kernell, 22, of two charges in connection with the 2008 episode...

...Kernell was found guilty of computer fraud - a misdemeanor subject to a prison term of up to one year -- and obstruction of justice, which carries a maximum 20-year sentence...

Its a hard lesson for some on the left to learn that actions can have real world consequences. While I doubt this young man will get slammed with 20 years, two or three would not be out of the question. Clearly, he has to be given something substantial as a deterrent to those on the right who might attempt the same sort of thing against a Democrat candidate in the future.
