Arrogant Qatari "Diplomat" Likely To Be Reassigned

Diplomacy, it seems, consists chiefly of provoking international incidents.

A Qatari diplomat who sparked a bomb security scare after sneaking a smoke in an airplane's bathroom will likely be sent home or transferred to another country, U.S. officials said Thursday.
Officials from various agencies were involved in internal discussions as well as talks with Qatar's embassy about how to deal with Mohammed Al-Madadi.

A senior State Department official told CBS News correspondent Charles Wolfson the department understands that Al-Madadi, "will be withdrawn" from his position.

I'd say I was stunned by this guy's arrogance, but I'm really not. There is certainly a sense of entitlement among these cats. The rule against smoking applies to everyone, and yet this guy seemed to take it as a personal offense that it was being applied to him too. So offended was he he cracked wise about being a terrorist, because there again I guess he felt unjustly singled out.
