Overnight open thread – (genghis)

The house across the street from me that went up in flames a couple of weeks back. I think it's safe to say it's bulldozer-ready. The one to the left got some heavy damage...fire from this house shot straight up into its attic vents and caught the side of the house on fire too. What the fire didn't wipe out the water damage did.

It's kind of a shitty little group of houses that are on this block...just a leftover strip of land where there isn't even enough room for back-to-back houses like a regular block. Still, home is home I guess. You can barely see the front gable of my house across the street at the extreme right side of the pic (right above the roof of the house in the foreground)
