”A group called WhoSigned.org says it will publicize the names of people signing petitions for Referendum 71, which seeks a public vote to overturn a new expansion of Washington's same-sex partnerships. WhoSigned.org says it's partnering with the gay rights group KnowThyNeighbor.org to put the names online. In a statement Monday, WhoSigned.org says it expects people who see the names online to contact the signers for what may be uncomfortable talks about gay rights and coordination of fashion accessories.”

The examples from the U.S. simply look pathetic and, if possible, far worse than when I was in school in the ‘70’s and ‘80’s. (They actually did a pretty killer beef stew and a tasty pan-pizza back in the day.) The Asian lunches look a lot tastier, or at least more interesting, with two caveats: 1) Seems like every one of them has a bowl of tofu soup, which is simply cruel and wrong and 2) Hey lunch ladies! You know those sharp things with handles you keep back there in the kitchen? Often referred to as knives? Would it kill you to spend the extra 5 seconds per lunch serving to go ahead and whack the head and tail off the whole battered fish you just plopped down on my tray?
