Breaking: Fast-Track Vote to Impose 90% Tax Rate on AIG Bonuses Fails (Wrong; Cameron Got Two Different Votes Confused)
Correction: Carl Cameron, who reported that the measure had been defeated, is now correcting himself. It passed with 328 votes.
The defeated measure was a stupid-ass thing praising Obama for saving the economy.
Sorry. Cameron reported it and got it wrong, mixing up the two measures. The unconstitutional Bill of Attainder passed.

Initially they got more than 300 votes, but 100+ Congressmen changed their votes in the last few minutes. They failed to get the 288 (2/3rds) votes to fast-track the unconstitutional Bill of Attainder.
This isn't a defeat of the measure per se. Just a defeat of the attempt to fast-track it
