Veterans Day 2008
Thank you all.
As is tradition, Project Valour IT kicks off it's annual fund drive today. See CDR Slamander's for more information on this great cause.
Here are a couple of interesting links having to do with WWI and the origins of Veterans Day.
An audio recording of a WWI gas artillery attack. They recorded so people would remember what war sounded like after the "war to end all wars" was over.
One of the last living British vets of WWI attributes his longevity to "whisky, and wild, wild women".
