Obama's Caucus Fraud?
You know who I love most this election season? The PUMAs. Their blogs have been the most consistently optimistic and yet full of a gleeful disdain for Barack Obama and his campaign. They tear into Obama with a contagious mirth, and they love Sarah Palin more than certain conservative commentators.
God love 'em, they just happened to find this letter, alleging serious voter fraud in Nevada by Obama's followers. It's a relatively short letter, but it's chock-full of damning allegations. Here's a few:
Systematic Corruption of the Party’s Caucus Procedures
The Committee received substantially similar reports of improprieties of such a number as to leave no conclusion but that the Obama campaign and its allies and supporters engaged in a planned effort to subvert the Party’s caucus procedures to its advantage. For example:
þ Preference cards were premarked for Obama.
þ Clinton supporters were denied preference cards on the basis that none were left, while Obama supporters at the same caucus sites were given preference cards.
þ Caucus chairs obviously supporting Obama:
o Deliberately miscounted votes to favor Senator Obama.
o Deliberately counted unregistered persons as Obama votes.
o Deliberately counted young children as Obama votes.
o Refused to accept preference cards from Clinton supporters who were at the caucus site by noon on the ground that the cards were not filled out fast enough.
o Told Clinton supporters to leave prior to electing delegates.
þ Clinton supporters who arrived late were turned away from the caucus, while late Obama supporters were admitted to the caucus.
That's just a piece of the whole, delicious pie. Go read the whole thing, get angry and hold on to that feeling for the next week and a half. It won't burn you up. It will keep you warm.
Given what we've seen nationally with ACORN and in Virginia with military ballots, it looks like The One and his campaign are taking their tactics nationwide. After watching the We Will Not Be Silenced documentary, it occurred to me that the Obamites might try some of the same intimidation tactics against general-election voters who show up at the polls.
Between that, and what are sure to be some massively skewed exit polls from the media around mid-afternoon, election day should be quite a ride. Personally, I'm going into election day determined to vote no matter what I hear, and I hope all of you do the same. I have no doubt there will be disinformation and attempts to make conservatives feel as though their vote doesn't matter, because The One's got it in the bag. Don't allow their propaganda to stop you from going out, casting a vote for McCain/Palin or volunteering for the campaign in some way November 4.
I know all of that's obvious, but I'm righteously pissed off about over Obama's increasingly slimy campaign and the media's outright cheerleading for the guy. Plus, typing all of that was cathartic. Moron therapy...catch the fevah.
