Wow: Full Sixth Circuit Reverses Panel, Siding With Original Judge That Ohio Secretary of State Must Do Her Job and Stop Election Fraud
Hang on, trying to find the cite. I have the download of the ruling.
Okay. I'm having trouble selecting text to copy and the file is too big to upload. The basics are that Ohio had a system for matching voter information to information from databases, and the state was supposed to alert the county boards of election when "voters" from their jurisdictions failed to match up with known information.
Secretary of State Brunner -- a hyperpartisan Democrat -- simply "turned off" (in the court's words) this legally-mandated process for no offered explanation, thus compelling, effectively, local boards of elections to accept all registrations and votes, even from the huge pool of highly suspect ACORN registrants.
The court compels her to do her fucking job as the law demands.
Correction: Sorry, scanning, missing the nuance. This is not a final order; this merely reinstates the TRO which had previously compelled her to turn the verification system back on, while awaiting a full hearing.
Which may occur after the election.
But for now, she is compelled to do her job, absent a contrary ruling by the court.
As I believe the standard in all TRO requests is a likelihood of prevailing on the merits, it looks good as far as the ultimate disposition.
This guy, though, knows what he's talking about and you should read him.
And the PDF: Now uploaded.
