Sorry About Not Getting All Your Tips or Not Responding to Emails

All I can say is that every day is email triage. I want to read and reply to every tip sent to me, but I literally can't. If I spent all day just on emails, I could manage it, but that would preclude blogging and looking for news on many sites poaching stories from Hot Air.

Like today -- big day. Four full pages of emails, 50 emails a page. 200 of them.

Even on a slow day it's 2 pages, often three.

I'm really sorry. About half -- maybe 45%, maybe 55% -- of my 67,000 tips and emails have simply never even been read. When I get to blogging late, as has been my wont lately, I have pages of emails already waiting for me. I try to get to the early emails later at night, when I feel less frantic about having to get stories up, but I still don't get to much more than half.
