Swirly-Face Pedophile Caught

Police tracked Neil to the house in Nakhon Ratchasima province that he shared with a Thai transvestite friend whose phone calls were traced by authorities.

Maybe Ace and this guy know some people in common. Okay, that was low, but I couldn't resist.

Anyway, it looks like this Neil fellow is getting charged in Thailand first, but the Canadians also want a piece of him.

Thus far this has been an interesting case of international cooperation. He was wanted by the Canadians, the Germans unscrambled his photo, Interpol shot it around the world, and Thailand captured him.
