Advice Bleg: Travellin' Around DC

Washington, DC and northern Virginia residents can do me a favor and click into the extended entry. I need some advice about getting around DC.

In a few weeks I have an interview in Falls Church. They're flying me out and paying for a hotel, but the itinerary is set. I can't change it without showing "significant hardship or in case of emergency." Like the geniuses they are, my interview is scheduled to end at 11am and my flight out of Reagan National leaves at 1:15pm.

Question: am I going to be able to get from Falls Church to Reagan National in time to make my flight using only public transportation? What should I do instead?
