Teh Ghey Debate Thread
Early heads-up, courtesy of Allah. If you're on a Mac, you have to download some Windows Media emulator or something to watch, so take care of that early.
I guess you could watch it on TV... is this on TV? I don't know. I am not just trying to buttress my already-strong heterosexual credentials when I tell you I have never seen the "Logo" channel on my cable, even as one of those many channels, like The Weapons Channel (ooooh) I'm not authorized to get.
So, I dunno. If your TV receives the "gay emanations" Logo is beamed on, I guess you could watch it there. If not, then it's your computer. Just make sure you enable your firewall so you computer doesn't get some kind of gay virus that maliciously changes your homepage.
People have asked if I'm going to liveblog this. I gotta tell you, I hate debates and I hate liveblogging. I don't really see the point of writing "Hey, see that shit that just happened? I saw it too." If there's nothing else on, I guess maybe I'll check it out.
Either way, you homos are welcome to discuss the sissies debating issues important to the gays.
Not A Debate: It's one-at-a-time interviews. This is the second time they've done this for Democrats. How come no one does these for Republicans?
Important Update: Margaret Carlson wants to make sure no one thinks she's gay. She just prefaced a question by stating that having spent a couple of days with the Logo people, she only now understands gay concerns about resistance to gay marriage.
Only now? Really? An archliberal DC reporter only now understands the leftish gay position on marriage? She, uhh, never talked to a gay person about this before? Maybe read an article? Perhaps perused the pages of her own stupid liberal magazine?
Just seems strange to me. Seems... homophobic. Distancing herself.
Maybe she wants Fred Thompson to know she's still all about the cock.
Good Lord, That's Melissa Etheridge? Come through my window? Errr... maybe some other time. Can we reschedule for 15 years ago?
John Edwards... is in his element. I've never seen him so relaxed, so confident, so comfortable in his own skin. He's beaming.
John Edwards Denies Bob Shrum's Claim That Edwards Said He Was Always "Uncomfortable" Around Gay People. I'm trusting Johnny on this one. Uncomfortable? Yeah, right -- uncomfortable like a fox!
