Federal judge sides with CIA in Plame book lawsuit
She cannot disclose the dates she worked at the CIA in her upcoming book "Fair Game" because the information was never declassified, according to US District judge Barbera Jones.
"The information at issue was properly classified, was never declassified, and has not been officially acknowledged by the CIA," the judge said.
