That last video, if I remember right, caused MTV to pretty much ban hot chicks in videos. Because that song became a hit just because that chick (Blair Brown? somethin' like that?) was sooo hot. And then everyone started doing it.
The rappers never listened to them, though, and got their videos on just fine.
Double-standards, man.
Update... Listening to that song again, I can almost understand the PC MTV's suits decision. The song is even worse than I remembered. It's submoronic. It reminds me of the review sof Spinal Tap's Shark Sandwich: "They continue to swim in a juvenile cesspool of retarded sexuality," or "Shit Pie."
* I mean, apart from Stephanie Seymore. I know everyone's going to say her. But I don't know if she was all that, and I didn't much like November Rain.
