What If Raul "Slappy" Castro Falls?

This isn't the first time this idea has been floated, but it's a less theoretical point now. Andrew the Squirrel writes:

Here's a thought- Assume Castro dies- Assume Raul falls- Assume the Exiles return to Cuba- Most vote Republican- Does this change the razor-thin dynamic of swing state Florida?

Do they do the ex-pat vote & keep interested in their adoptive country's politics?

In no way would I wish a delay and continuance of communist rule simply based on domestic concerns- those people deserve to be free, come what will for the Republican Party. But wouldn't that be ironic if the fall of Castro, something that the Republicans have wanted and supported for decades, aided his fellow travelers in the Democratic Party?
