Western culture holds tolerance and the free exchange of ideas as centrally important.

But there are limits.

There has never been a strong, philsophically-sound tradition of allowing murderers and conspirators to openly plot mass-slaughter, and to do so with the state's connivance.

For some reason that escapes me, there has been crafted a "Muslim exception" to general laws against criminal incitement and conspiracy for murder.

Time to close that loophole.
