Bush To Submit $80B Defense Supplemental; John Kerry Announces Plan To Vote Against It Before He Votes For It.
When Senator Kerry was asked why he plans to vote against the $80 billion before he votes for it, he replied "Let's be honest-- when I did it the other way I made a bad call, Ripley. Boy, was it a bad call."
"Now excuse me, I've got to go buy my Packers hat for the World Series!"
