Another Lyric Fragment Quiz
Michele's got a really tough lyric-fragment quiz. I figured I'd counter-program and go slightly easier. But I don't know how much easier.
Again, mostly one-hit wonders from the 80's and nineties, a couple of classic-rock tracks, one disco hit (just to mix it up), and an oldie. Couple of real gimmes tossed in to keep people from becoming completely frustrated.
1. "US inflation"
2. "put an arrow"
3. "take me bottom to top"
4. "elders of the gentle race"
5. "cold in the gutter"
6. "empty by definition"
7. "a trace of/hypocrisy"
8. "thick and juicy"
9. "wild-eyed boys"
10. "you could sex her"
11. "Dealin' in multiplication"
12. "this issue's gone"
13. "I just drove by"
14. "feedin' me soup"
15. "ass like John McEnroe"
16. "your price for flight" (CHANGED: Was "desperately pondered." Decided that was too obscure. The new lyric is for a new song entirely.)
17. "virginal brides"
18. "lost my light"
19. "your exclusive company" (HINT: Spoken word part.)
20. "act like an imbecile"
21. "shoot it in"
22. "great big world"
23. "subtle innuendoes" or "subtle innuendo"
24. "raw like sushi"
25. "little bit terrified"
26. "tuning in on you"
27. "eight by twelve four-bit"
28. "hating you for loving me"
29. "host of holy horrors"
30. "oatmeal lumpy"
