Leak Says Sen. Richald Shelby, R-AL, Divulged Classified Evidence to Media
Critics Question "Suspicious Timing" of Media's Sudden Disinterest in Stories About the "Suspicious Timing" of Leaks; Apparently Media Only Becomes Suspiciously Interested in the Suspicious Timing of Leaks When Those Leaks Hurt Liberals
All over Drudge right now. A big error on Shelby's part, no doubt; but I'm curious about the "timing" of this leak. Was this leaked in order to help "distract" us from John Kerry's negabounce?
Here's the really surprising part: Carl Cameron confirmed this. Isn't that a big no-no for reporters? Aren't they supposed to refuse to answer and suffer being incarcerated for contempt and al that jazz?
I like Carl, but I don't know if he's going to be getting any more scoops if he's snitching on sources.
