Men's Health: If You're a Man Attracted to Women, You're a Part of the Gay Rainbow Now, Too. You're a "Gynosexual."
Men's Health has always been, no offense, a gay magazine. In the nineties, I read a great parody of it, possibly in Maxim, calling it "Men's Health: The Women's Magazine for Men (TM)."
"Gynosexual" stems from the Greek word "gyn," for "woman" or "female." "It's a relatively new term in the lexicon of sexual orientation, created to offer a more inclusive language for people who don't identify within the traditional gender binary," Foxx explains. For instance, if someone is non-binary and attracted to women, "gynosexual" may be a better fit for them than "straight" (which would typically be used by a man) or "lesbian" (which would typically be used by a woman).
"Additionally, it can be used by individuals who may be attracted to femininity or femme-presenting expressions that have nothing to do with gender identity," Foxx adds. A gynosexual person can be attracted to feminine women, men, and/or non-binary people. Some gynosexual people are attracted to feminine people of all genders, while others are attracted just to feminine people of one gender, says Justin Lehmiller, Ph.D., a member of the Men's Health Advisory Panel and Astroglide's resident sex researcher.
Men's Health has an "Astroglide resident sex researcher"?
This explains so much.
I could see some usage for the word "gynosexual" if it lets me be straight and unhasseled about not accepting male transsexuals as women. But they didn't say that, so the word apparently doesn't confer the benefit of not having to pretend to be sexually interested in Men Wearing Party City Wigs.
Meanwhile, a conservative writers said that "cisgender" is a slur and it was his own Gender Preference to not be called a "cisgender man," but just a man.
The trans community, which never stops making terroristic demands about how we're to address the Transsexual Aristocracy, said that non-transgender normal people have no similar rights to dictate how they are to be addressed, and repeatedly called him "cis" and "cissy bitch."

Yesterday, after posting a Tweet saying that I reject the word 'cis' and don't wish to be called it, I receive a slew of messages from trans activists calling me "cissy" and telling me that I am 'cis' "whether or not I like it".
Just imagine if the roles were reversed.
Elon Musk agreed, and said that "cis" was in fact a "slur:"

Repeated, targeted harassment against any account will cause the harassing accounts to receive, at minimum, temporary suspensions.
The words "cis" or "cisgender" are considered slurs on this platform.
I'm not sure Elon Musk has any control over Twitter -- I suspect he gave up almost all power to his CEO as a condition for her taking the job, to appease the advertising-boycotters as well as Europe which imposes its own official, state-level demands for censorship. So I don't think his opinion about what is and what is not a slur even matters.
James Esses noted the irony:

Me: I don't recognise the term 'cis'. Please don't call me it.
Trans activist: Tough. You can't change who you are or how others see you.
Me: Well... this is awkward...
Yup, the contemptible creep that manufactured the term “cis” has serious problems. Ignore him.
