The media pretends not to know who "the Big Guy" is.

In fact, I think they refuse to report on those three words at all.

Certainly Joe Biden won't admit to being "The Big Guy" who was to receive 10% in Hunter Biden's deal with a Chinese government front company.

A stake, by the way, that was to be kept secret from the public.

But emails received by congressional investigators from whistleblowers show that James Gilliar, one of Hunter Biden's business partners, straight up calls Joe Biden "The Big Guy" in an email, and states that "The Big Guy" is getting a 10% share.

These emails were sent on the day the New York Post (and no one else) reported on the contents of Hunter Biden's laptops, and Hunter Biden's business partners worried about the exposure and scrutiny they would face.

An unnamed business partner sent emails to another partner named James Gillier worrying about how much of the deal they should deny when the media and federal investigators started asking questions.

Of course-- they shouldn't have worried. The FBI, the CIA, the DOJ, and the corrupt US media had them covered.

In one communication that day, Hunter's then-business partner James Gilliar, a former British Special Forces officer with ties to UK intelligence services, "calmly reassures an unnamed person who is concerned that "a Senate committee, the DOJ" might start investigating Hunter's foreign deals and then "Hunter and/or Joe or Joe's campaign [will] fire a shot at us."

"It would be crazy to do that with all the information and all the facts we have [but what happens if] they try to make it 'Oh, we were never involved. That was [Joe Biden's brother] James' idea . . . and try to basically make us collateral damage?" the person asks Gilliar in a message provided by a whistleblower to Republican congressional investigators and obtained by The Post.

Gilliar is unconcerned about potential backlash from the Biden family and Joe's campaign: "I don't see how that would work for them," he replies.

"I think in the scenario that he wins they would just leave sleeping dogs lie.

"If they lose, honestly, I don't think that the Big Guy really cares about that because he'll be too busy focusing on all the other s--t he is doing."

He's talking about Joe Biden there. No one else is "winning" or "losing" in the 2020 campaign.

Why hasn't Merrick Garland asked this guy who "The Big Guy" is under oath?

Oh right -- because he's corrupt.

The communication, obtained by The Post Wednesday, is significant because it bolsters the claim by ex-Hunter business partner Tony Bobulinski that the Big Guy was a code name for Joe Biden.

The reason the identity of the "Big Guy" is important is because it adds to the weight of evidence suggesting that Joe Biden not only knew about Hunter's international influence-peddling scheme, but allegedly was cut in for a slice of the profits.

In an email written by Gilliar to Hunter on May 13, 2017, the "Big Guy" was allocated a 10% stake in a lucrative joint venture with Chinese energy conglomerate CEFC.

"10 [percent] held by H[unter] for the Big Guy," Gilliar wrote.

Meanwhile, Fox News reports that "the Big Guy" met with at least 14 of Hunter Biden's business partners, sometimes at the White House -- proving he lied when he claimed he had no knowledge of Hunter's business dealings.

President Biden met with at least 14 of Hunter Biden's business associates while he was vice president in the Obama White House, casting further doubt on the president's repeated claims that he had no knowledge of his son's foreign business dealings.

"I have never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings," Biden said in 2019.

But the president met with at least 14 of Hunter's business associates from the U.S., Mexico, Ukraine, China and Kazakhstan over the course of his vice presidency, a Fox News Digital review found.

Two of Hunter's Mexican business associates, Miguel Aleman Velasco and Miguel Aleman Magnani visited the West Wing on Feb. 26, 2014, according to the Obama White House visitor logs, and Joe was later photographed with Hunter giving Velasco and Magnani a tour of the White House Brady Press Briefing room.

"Do you have pictures from the lunch I had in dad's office (I think on 2/26) with Miguel Alleman [sic] Sr. And Jr. And Jeff Cooper? If so let me know and I can send someone to pick them up. Thanks. How was Kiev?" Hunter wrote in an April 2014 email to David Lienemann, Biden's official photographer during his 8 years as vice president.

Emails, which were reviewed by Fox News Digital, from more than a year later showed that Hunter arranged a video conference with his father and Carlos Slim, a Mexican billionaire with whom Hunter was seeking to do business with at the time, on Oct. 30, 2015.

Less than a month after the video conference, Slim, Velasco and Magnani attended a meeting with Joe, Hunter, and Hunter's business partner and family friend Jeff Cooper at the vice presidential residence at Number One Observatory Circle, Washington D.C., according to photos dated Nov. 19, 2015 and published by The Daily Mail.

At the time of that meeting, Hunter and Cooper were in talks with Slim, Velasco and Magnani about investing in a Mexican energy company, The Daily Mail reported, citing documents from Hunter's infamous abandoned laptop. Emails showed the men also met Joe at the White House, the report said.

In February 2016, just months after the meeting at Joe's private residence, the vice president reportedly flew Hunter and Cooper on Air Force 2 to Mexico City. Hunter wrote an email to Magnani informing him as much, saying he would be attending a meeting between Joe and then-Mexican president Enrique Pena Nieto.

Hunter ranted at Magnini for ghosting him, despite Hunter having given Magnini the complete access to Joe Biden that Magnini demanded:

"I have brought every single person you have ever asked me to bring to the F'ing White House and the Vice President's house and the inauguration and then you go completely silent," Hunter wrote in the email.

"I don't know what it is that I did but I'd like to know why I've delivered on every single thing you've ever asked - and you make me feel like I've done something to offend you." he continued.

The Andy McCarthy-endorsed Merrick Garland continues to refuse to appoint a special prosecutor to examine any of this, including the tax evasion case which is still be handled by the DOJ.

The special prosecutor rule exists precisely for matters in which the President's appointees, like Merrick Garland, will have a conflict of interest, such as in prosecuting the President's son.

But Merrick Garland continues refusing to appoint a special prosecutor and, in fact, refuses to even explain why.

Not that the media is asking!
