The "#Shes10" Abortion Story the Media Ran With Without Checking Is a Hoax and an Obvious One

Megan Fox has been on the hoax from the beginning, and now Ohio AG Dave Yost completely obliterates the false story.

Dr. Caitlin Bernard loves the spotlight. The Indiana abortionist gets interviewed on television and in print whenever abortion laws seek to limit her big abortion business. Recently, Bernard's claims about a 10-year-old rape victim who she says came across state lines from Ohio to Indiana for an abortion, went viral, and the attention Bernard is now getting might not be the kind she likes.

If you don't know, the story was put out by an abortionist and gonzo abortion activist named "Doctor" Caitlin Bernard.

She claimed that a ten year old had been r@ped and had come to her Indiana clinci in hysterical tears, because she had missed the six-week deadline for abortions in Ohio by "seventy two hours."

The media repeated this lie without establishing that it was actually true because they are cheap grimy propagandists without professionalism or honor.

As John Sexton points out, this media whore has absolutely refused to give any details of this hard-to-believe tale to the very pro-abortion leftwing press. Sexton notes that the press is 100% guaranteed to keep the girl's name a state secret -- if she exists at all.

But she doesn't, so the gonzo abortionist can't give the press her name.

Megan Fox pointed out that this story made no sense because Ohio does not have a "six week" abortion deadline. They have a "heartbeat" abortion law: If the baby has a heartbeat, you can't abort it. There is no stated number of days, and fetuses develop at different rates. The abortionist's "six weeks and three days" claim makes no sense from the outset; there's no calendar-based prohibition like the one she asserts.

She was just lying. The Ohio law would prevent an abortion if the baby had a heartbeat, but you couldn't tell if they were "seventy two hours" past the deadline or not.

And the Ohio AG says he's put out inquiries to local law enforcement about any r@pes of ten year olds being reported, or even rumored, and there's "not a whisper" of it from any corner of Ohio:

JESSE WATTERS: So how does Ohio investigating the claim that a 10-year-old girl was raped? Are we looking for the rapist on the loose? Let's turn to Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost. So, Dave, have you had anybody come to you in your state to say we're looking into this? A police report was filed?

DAVE YOST, OHIO ATTORNEY GENERAL (R): Not a whisper and we work closely with the centralized law enforcement system in Ohio. We have regular contact with prosecutors and local police and sheriffs. Not a whisper anywhere. Something even more telling, Jesse, is my office runs the state crime lab. Any case like this you are going to have a rape kit, you are going to have biological evidence, and you would be looking for DNA analysis, which we do most of the DNA Analysis in Ohio. There is no case request for analysis that looks anything like this.

Megan Fox said that the law also seemed to contain exceptions beyond the life of the mother, including, I imagine, serious threats to the health of the mother, and the AG agreed that a case of pregnancy by r@pe of a 10-year-old would fall into that category of exception:

Yost also agreed with my assessment of the Ohio law, which is a heartbeat bill and not based on a specific age of the unborn child, unlike Dr. Bernard falsely claimed. It also contains exceptions for serious situations like this. "Ohio has a medical emergency section, broader than just the life of the mother. This young girl, if she exists and if this horrible thing actually happened to her... she did not have to leave Ohio to find treatment."

Full video of Fox's appearance on Jesse Watters at the link above.

Fox reports further:

Watters pointed out the obvious: that the pregnancy of a 10-year-old would most likely be incest and finding DNA evidence wouldn't be hard. "If it's a family member it's even an easier way to find the DNA right there! You call the father, the uncle, the grandfather, anything and get the guy's DNA and you lock him up."

Watters also pointed out that it's a crime to hide child rape. "They [doctors] have to report that to law enforcement and if they don't, that abortion doctor or any doctor should be prosecuted in your state."

That might seem like evidence that the abortionist is lying. After all, if a 10-year-old girl came to her alleging she'd been r@ped, she's a "mandated reporter," required by state law to report that violation to the police.

As this abortionist reported no such r@pe, it seems like she's lying.

But actually that doesn't prove anything either way, because, wouldn't you know it, this abortionist has previously been accused of routinely ignoring her duties as a "mandated reporter" and failing to report the alleged r@pes of underaged girls.

Indiana Right to Life audited termination of pregnancy reports that are public records in 2018 and found that nine abortion doctors allegedly failed to report underaged abortions to the health department as required by law.

Forty-eight consumer complaints have been filed against nine Indiana abortion doctors who have allegedly failed to follow the legal reporting requirements to protect young children from sex abuse. The doctors are: Jeffrey Glazer, Caitlin Bernard, Cassandra Cashman, Carol Dellinger, Mandy Gittler, Kathleen Glover, Martin Haskell, Resad Pasic and Sarah Turner. They are employed at all licensed Indiana abortion facilities: Women's Med Center in Indianapolis, Clinic for Women in Indianapolis, and Planned Parenthood in Indianapolis, Lafayette, Bloomington and Merrillville.

Falsus in unum, falsus in omnum.
