Football teams do psychological screenings on draft picks and free agents to make sure they're not hiding any ticking mental time-bombs. Hollywood needs to do the same. Oh, once you're in the business word gets out if you're a headcase or prima donna or backbiting viper. But they need to start interviewing people they elevate to stars with an eye to assessing psychological stability.
I know that sounds Orwellian but they're already excluding conservatives from Hollywood just for being conservative. It's not like it would affect us, we're already on the blacklist.
