Note that the decision -- for which no justification is offered -- concerns a temporary restraining order against the federal government, which this tramp Barrett ordered vacated. The actual lawsuit is ongoing and could result in the same remedy; Barrett has ordered the temporary measure vacated, which doesn't affect the final judgment. But that could take a year or more, and... Barrett would probably overrule any court decision holding that Biden can't cut down Texas' razor wire, again.
