Update: A grand jury did indict Alec Baldwin for two counts of involuntary manslaughter, but one in alternative to the other. (In other words, if this one doesn't work, try the other one.) The first involuntary manslaughter charge is for negligent discharge of a firearm, the second is for failure to exercise sufficient care, causing the death of another. Again, it's a either A or B kind of thing. He wouldn't be convicted of both.
