Actually it was both for being Jewish and also supporting Israel. Which many Jews do. So I guess, actually, she was just fired for being Jewish.

Tara Strong, by the way, is the usual voice of Harley Quinn. The original voice of Harley Quinn was Arlene Sorkin, who I think I read the character was basically based on. But Arlene Sorkin stopped doing the voice years and years ago (and has since died) and Tara Strong has done the voice in most animation and video games.
