I just think it's strange that the people who told us they were Anti-Authoritarian for five years straight are now the most rabid advocates for permanent martial law and permanent suspension of even the most basic civil liberties. Isn't that strange? It's almost as if they were never Anti-Authoritarian at all. Or it's as if all of their (claimed) concerns about civil liberties and the normal functioning of a free republic only went as far as babbling about Orange Man Bad, and now that a demented r@pist is in the White House, the government can do whatever the FUCK it wants to do, no problem.
Is it too much for me to ask that they at least pretend to still be "anti-authoritarian"? Isn't it a bit rude to be so fucking blatant about dropping the "anti-authoritarian" schtick like a hot bullet the minute the Bad Orange Man is gone?
