Feds shut down Healthcare.gov for the weekend for repairs. So, let's start a pool as to when it reopens for good (vs. a few more attempts to go live). My pick is November, and that may be optimistic. But I could be wrong. [UPDATE] A more careful reading of the article indicates that the "site would be taken down at 1 a.m. EDT each night for a few hours." Of course, it's only 12:30 am EDT, and the site is already down (start an application and pick a state covered by the Federal system, e.g., Arizona). I have a hard time believing that they can fix the current performance problems in a few hours each night over a weekend -- else they likely would have fixed it earlier this week.
