A Republican Opportunity Paul Rahe identifies the problem: "The Republicans have no strategy and no aim. They avoid the question of justice like the plague. They never as a party say what everyone knows who bothers to reflect: that is is unjust to take from Peter to pay Paul. They never say that "social justice" is just another word for theft. They would not dare."
