Gov "Moonbeam" Brown Vetoes CA Budget.
Of note, funny how politicians actually pass a budget on time when their pay is threatened as is the case in CA now with the passage of Prop 25 last Nov (of course with the veto, the pols are wondering if they'll still get paid). This could get interesting with Brown, a Dem, possibly causing fellow Dems to not get paid. Next proposition should threaten no pay for them until the budget is balanced, then we'll get somewhere!
