well I’ve not been in your situation but you know sooo much of it’s emotional….. I’m not sure you’d have to keep adding and adding…. I’m wondering if he could give you a once a week spanking….. and just be able to lecture you over all your infractions…. lecturing really does make a huge difference and there are other forms of discipline that don’t require quite as much of his time like essay writing…. and so forth…. if you really want to make a go of it… I would read up a lot and maybe join a cdd group or something… the support is great and you could get a lot of help and I know I’ve seen posts and blogs where the husband is away for a time… if you could read those maybe you’d get some ideas

Today, I went to the beach with my children. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said "You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear."
