Ace of Spades Headlines

Pittsburgh city schools declare the minimum grade to as 50. So, if you never show up, never turn anything in and never take any tests, you can still get 50/100. Skip one test and ace another, your final score will be 75 rather than 50. Of course the city claims this "minimum score" of 50 isn't "grade inflation", even though it can inflate what would would otherwise be a failing grade up to a "C".
