Jim Lindhgren of the Volokh Conspiracy looks at their returns and can't say anything about "fleecing," but he is scratching his head at how a "charity" could put $600,000 into non-interest bearing accounts and not be guilty of breaching its fiduciary duty to prudently manage the funds...
