In fact, the plane crashed into the ocean due to engine failure, and we know this as a fact, because one of the fellow crewmen survived and thus reported on the tale. No cannibals, no island crash -- it landed in the ocean, as the official reports say, so no "government" officials would secretly whisper to Biden about a cover-up about cannibals.
